Core PolicyYou have 30 full days from the date of delivery to request a return. Use ShotAwake, wake up with it, put it through its paces. If at the end of 30 days your mornings haven't changed β contact us and we will refund you in full. No interrogation. No guilt trip. No drama.
Unlike most "guarantee" policies buried in legal jargon, ours is designed to actually protect you. We're confident enough in what ShotAwake does that we're willing to bet our revenue on it. We haven't had to pay out often β but when we do, we do it fast.

Defective & Damaged Items
Fully CoveredShotAwake units are quality-checked before they leave the warehouse. But manufacturing defects and shipping damage happen β and when they do, we cover everything. Full replacement or full refund, your choice.
Wrong Item Received
Our MistakeReceived the wrong color variant or an incorrect item? That's on us. Email Support@shotawake.com with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We'll send the correct item via priority shipping at zero cost to you. You won't be asked to pay for return shipping either β we arrange everything.
We do ask that you hold onto the incorrectly shipped item until we confirm our preferred resolution β in some cases, it's not worth the cost to have it returned and we'll let you keep it.
Exchanges & Cancellations
Want a different color variant? Contact us at Support@shotawake.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll switch the variant at no charge. Once your order has entered fulfillment, the fastest path is to accept the delivery, then reach out to start an exchange β we'll prioritize your replacement.
Cancellations: We process and ship orders fast β typically within 24β48 business hours. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. We'll do everything possible to intercept the order before it ships. If it's already in transit, you'll need to follow the standard return process once delivered.
Refund Processing & Timeline
Once we receive and verify your returned item, here's exactly what happens:
European Union Customers
If your order was shipped to any country within the European Union, EU consumer protection law grants you the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without providing justification. To exercise this right, contact us at Support@shotawake.com before the 14-day window closes. Standard return shipping and condition requirements apply as outlined above.
Chargebacks & Disputes
ImportantWe take chargebacks seriously β and we want to be upfront about how we handle them. Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact us directly. We resolve legitimate issues fast and without friction. A direct conversation is always the quickest path to a resolution.
We retain all order records, shipping confirmation, tracking data, communication logs, and delivery confirmation β which are submitted in full during any dispute process. We strongly encourage resolving all issues directly through our support team, where we have full flexibility to make things right quickly.
