All prices displayed on shotawake.com are in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without advance notice. However, the price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you pay — period. We do not change prices after an order has been placed and confirmed.

In the event of a clear pricing error (e.g., a product listed at $0.01 due to a technical error), we reserve the right to cancel the affected orders and notify customers before any charge is processed. We will always communicate this directly and promptly.

We currently process payments through PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and handled securely through PayPal's platform. ShotAwake does not store, access, or retain any payment credentials on our servers. By placing an order, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method for the total order amount including any applicable shipping.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase — not a guaranteed contract of sale. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, order duplication errors, product unavailability, or identified pricing discrepancies. In any such case, you will receive full notice and any funds captured will be returned immediately.

ShotAwake is a consumer alarm clock system that uses low-power infrared (IR) technology to create an interactive wake-up experience. The product consists of a pistol-shaped trigger unit and an infrared-sensor target. No physical projectiles are used. The infrared technology is the same class used in standard television remote controls and poses no risk to eyesight, pets, or surrounding surfaces.

We make every effort to present products accurately — including descriptions, images, color variants, and specifications. However, exact product colors may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to monitor calibration differences. We reserve the right to update product specifications, included accessories, or color options without prior notice. Changes affecting your specific unshipped order will always be communicated before dispatch.

ShotAwake is designed as a behavioral tool to support better morning habits. We make no medical, clinical, or therapeutic claims about this product. Results vary by individual and depend on consistent use, sleep patterns, lifestyle, and related factors. Testimonials and reviews reflect individual experiences and do not constitute guaranteed outcomes.

We ship internationally. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination country and local customs procedures. Tracking information is sent to your email as soon as your order ships.

• Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays caused by customs processing, carrier backlogs, weather events, or public holidays are outside our control. We will always help you track down your order if something looks off.
• Customer responsibility — shipping address: You are fully responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for free reshipping. If caught before dispatch, we can update the address at no charge — contact us immediately.
• Unclaimed or returned packages: If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, an incorrect address, or non-collection from a pickup point, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs may apply.
• Customs, duties & import fees: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in our pricing and are the sole responsibility of the customer. ShotAwake has no control over customs processing times or fee amounts.

All content on shotawake.com — including but not limited to brand name, logo, product design, copywriting, photography, video, page layouts, UI/UX design, section structures, marketing creative, and any associated trade dress — is the exclusive intellectual property of ShotAwake™ and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

• You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any part of this site or its content without prior written permission from ShotAwake.
• You may not clone, mirror, or replicate this store's design, copy, or brand identity — in whole or in part — for commercial purposes.
• Sharing product links, writing organic reviews, and posting UGC content featuring ShotAwake are permitted and encouraged, provided they do not misrepresent the brand or product.

ShotAwake is sold as-is for consumer use as described. While we stand fully behind the product's quality and function, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes for any individual user. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ShotAwake's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost productivity, missed appointments, or other downstream effects of late waking — regardless of cause.

We do not warrant that the website will operate without interruptions or errors at all times. Temporary downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may occur and does not constitute a breach of service.

By using this site and placing an order, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Use the ShotAwake product only as described and intended — as a consumer alarm clock device for personal, non-commercial use.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or modify the product's hardware or firmware in any way.
• Not use the ShotAwake brand, product images, or copywriting for any competitive or commercial purpose without written consent.
• Contact support at Support@shotawake.com before initiating any payment dispute, chargeback, or third-party complaint. Direct resolution is always available and always faster.

We collect only the information required to fulfill your order and provide support: your name, shipping address, email address, and order details. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
